THE GHOST OF SANKARA CAUGHT UP WITH CAMPAORE
« on: November 01, 2014, 03:16:21 PM »
The ghost of Sankara finally caught up with Blaise Campaore, a" demo dictator" that had been ruling the poor country of Burkina Faso for 27yrs. His final mistake was an attempt to once again increase  his tenure by a rubber stamp legislature. His plan back fired and was forced to flee .He is reported to be chilling in a boarder country of Ivory Coast. He got out too easy.I was hoping that those protesters would get their hands on him,so they could have treated him the way he had been treating them for the past 27years.
This in itself should be a lesson for the rest of other African dictators who are using the electoral process as a ploy to stay put in power. To the rest of you, your time of shame will definitely come to pass. No one ruler should stay put for donkey years! The position of leadership of a nation is not anyone's property and should never be view as such. Hope the rest of African Nations that are under the claws of other dictators like Campaore seeks inspiration from the actions of the Burkina Faso protesters and kick their leaders into a permanent retirement. The development of Africa and Africans should not be a play toy for leaders who have no interest in the progressive advancement of the people.
